Ordering

To place an order for purchase, add the item to your shopping bag. The shopping bag holds the product(s) you wish to purchase while you shop. Products placed in your shopping bag will remain there until the items are purchased. Please remove items from the shopping cart if the purchase will not be completed.

In order to make a purchase, you must sign in with your Account e-mail and password or create a new account if you do not have one already created.

Product Availability
The availability of products on Klothesaholics.com is updated on a daily basis and most of the items you see on the website are in stock and ready to ship at the time of the order. In the event that an item is out of stock, it will be temporarily indicated as ‘Sold Out’. Please do not hesitate to ask if backordering is available.

Card payments on our site. All credit card payments are to be made via PAYPAL as follows:

• Once you have created your login information, you will need to enter your credit card or bank account information. (Please note that the billing and shipping address must match)

Sales Taxes
If the order is shipped within Canada, the law requires that local GST/PST must be added to the total amount of the order. Residents of Alberta will be charged GST of 5%.

Customs and Duties
For Shipments outside Canada & the U.S, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the destination country. Klothesaholics ships to international destinations and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or import taxes and cannot predict what the charges will be.
