Return Policy
All products sold by Klothesaholics are of high quality and come from the finest Brands and manufacturers. All products are in new condition and inspected for defects by the highest quality control to meet the company's standards.
Most merchandise offered by Klothesaholics is protected by a 7 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions. The exceptions include Jewelry which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Evening Dresses & Fabrics also due to their delicate nature.
If you are not satisfied with any other item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a:
Refund: Please return in the original packaging with all tags attached if applicable. The shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer. Refund will be given in the same format as payment made.
Exchange:
For defective items (must be notified within 48 hours of delivery) We do not charge any restocking fees on defect items that you wish to exchange. However, exchange must be in SAME SIZE, SAME COLOR, and SAME STYLE. If a replacement is not in stock or is unavailable, you may exchange for any other item available on our site plus or minus the difference of the price of replacement. If a replacement is lower than the price of the originally purchased merchandise, we will gladly credit the difference in your account as a store credit that can be used at any time. However, if a replacement merchandise price is higher than your originally purchased merchandise; our customer service representative will contact you for the additional payment.
For unwanted items Please return in the original packaging with all tags attached if applicable. The shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail and telephone number. We will make a reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
NOTE: Due to the delicate nature of the Evening Dresses, Jewelry and Fabrics, Sales are final, so please check size charts before ordering Evening Dress and make sure your selected fabric is what you want.
Return Instructions
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging with tags attached if any, to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. Items that show an indication of being used will not be accepted, exchanged or credited.
To return your order, please follow the steps below. Please note, Klothesaholics cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are returned without authorization.
Return Authorization must be obtained by exactly following the steps below.

Send email to Klothesaholics at contact@klothesaholics.com to inform us of your intent to return the item and the reason for return.
We will email you a Return Authorization Number and Instructions within 48 hours.
Follow the returning instructions contained in the email and ship the item back to the address below.
Please repack the product in its original packaging materials and mail. Please ensure that you use a postage service that allows the package to be tracked.

Return postage charges must be covered by the customer.
Note: Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
